Called regarding my daughter’s prescription as they could not fill the order and the other pharmacy didn’t receive the requisition. Made a call just to ask if all was well and to do a follow up. Received very rude behaviour and attitude, I simply tried explaining I was only calling to make sure everything was good. They yelled at me and hung up. Will never use Walmart pharmacy again, very rude and disrespectful behaviour.
The intake person could be nicer.
