This Walmart pharmacy Were short of the right eye drips , they said my wife it will be ready in 20 , she went back after 40 minutes still not ready , then my wife asked how come it’s jus a eye drip , they said hi there was some issue with your eye drip, then she said it means this is not the eye drip , they were confuse then said no actually it not , they gave my wife a wrong eye drips which caused her she can’t even open her eyes, worse then before , her eyes has worse pain , then before, don’t trust these pharmacist .
He told me to wait 20 minutes. I came back after 25 minutes, and he told me to wait 10 more minutes. I pointed out that the prenatal I needed to pick up was right on the shelf behind him. He told me to look around and said they were busy and needed some time to pack them. There was nobody waiting or in line. There are 2 most sincere,dedicated and professional pharmacists Ms Rachana and Zankana. Ms Rachana administered the flu vaccine very efficiently after I signed my consent Their communication is very clear and they do explain the instructions of medicine dosage very efficiently. However, I had a bad experience with one male pharmacist, who turned out be very rude and exhibited worst behaviour. I never approach this pharmacy when he is around at the counter.
Special thank you to pharmacist Rachana and assistant Zanchana. These two ladies are a pleasure to deal with. Ms Rachana is very knowledgeable and helpful. She’s helped me sort out my medications and has given me advice that I have had no idea I’ve needed. I have taken 1200 mg of a supplement and she has told me that the body only absorbs 500 mg a day of it. No need for such a high dose. I’ve had no idea.
