He told me to wait 20 minutes. I came back after 25 minutes, and he told me to wait 10 more minutes. I pointed out that the prenatal I needed to pick up was right on the shelf behind him. He told me to look around and said they were busy and needed some time to pack them. There was nobody waiting or in line. There are 2 most sincere,dedicated and professional pharmacists Ms Rachana and Zankana. Ms Rachana administered the flu vaccine very efficiently after I signed my consent Their communication is very clear and they do explain the instructions of medicine dosage very efficiently. However, I had a bad experience with one male pharmacist, who turned out be very rude and exhibited worst behaviour. I never approach this pharmacy when he is around at the counter.

Special thank you to pharmacist Rachana and assistant Zanchana. These two ladies are a pleasure to deal with. Ms Rachana is very knowledgeable and helpful. She’s helped me sort out my medications and has given me advice that I have had no idea I’ve needed. I have taken 1200 mg of a supplement and she has told me that the body only absorbs 500 mg a day of it. No need for such a high dose. I’ve had no idea. This Walmart Pharmacy is the worst managed. Consistently poor customer service at the counter and over the phone. For example I have been on hold now for over 30 minutes. I would rather use the automated system to fill my prescription and avoid these people. However the incompetent & inefficient employees working here are unable to resolve the flag they have incorrectly placed on my account for a specific prescription. I just went in to buy a small $8 package of gravol and they had everything locked up. An associate said that only the pharmacy manager can access them and that I should come back tomorrow. Waste of my time. Stupidest policy I’ve ever seen. Just pathetic.
