You are the only pharmacy who has my partners life saving meds in Humboldt right now and you refuse to do anything at all to help, just smile as I stand there stressed and tell you that my epileptic partner has missed a dose of their medication because a different pharmacy didn't fill the order correctly and ask if there are any options to lower the price, but apparently there are none because our insurance isn't covered there so I guess that means no help to figure out another option and no attempts to try. The female pharmacist is great and really helped me out but when some of me medication was damaged and ineffective Eric left me hanging saying there is nothing he can do....they don't cover their damaged equipment...Eric is not contrite about anything...Dont use them!
The staff refused to give me my medication until I spoke to the pharmacist even after I paid...it is a medication i have been on before....the pharmacist asked if I have ever been on this medication, then ignored my answer and refused to give me my medication until he stopped talking. I reported this to my insurance (since i know the manager of the store cares very little) but honestly, if your insurance allows it go elsewhere....everyone in this department looks and acts miserable. Special shout out to Gerry, Tiffany, and Erick are wonderful Pharmacists. They are honest, kind, informative, and professional. Furthermore, the Pharmacy Technicians, Michelle, Jessica, Kit, and Ashley are wonderful too. I've never had an issue with receiving my medicine from this Pharmacy, and when there were "issues" they were easily and quickly resolved.
