I really hate it when they think their customers are stupid. After my medical appointment, I waited over 4 hours to go to the Walmart pharmacy to pick up the prescription that was called in for me. She tells me, "it's not ready yet." I say "after all these hours, it's still not ready?" Her excuse - "we get thousands of prescriptions and we don't have enough help."
