Not enough cashier's and they want the customers to check themselves out. UGH
They are unprofessional. Me and my cousin went to extange a small black fridge within the 90 days. They would not do it. My cousin look at me and said this is crazy. Teresa (the worker) got mad and said your not gonna talk to me like that my cousin said i wasnt talking to you. Teresa got mad got in our faces told us to leave. My cousin said we are gonna do some shopping teresa said we dont want your money now get out. We were leaving they walked out of the store recorded us getting into our truck with their personal phone
The worst experiences every day their stuff does not work and when you return it it b4 90 days they wont take it back or exchange it and the half bald customer service lady did not get her name and the manager Teresa both have the worst customer service ever along with most of the people there I can't say that I have ever had a good experience at this location
I was just at this Walmart trying on clothes and I was with my husband. I came out the fitting room and told my husband "does this look ok" in Spanish and the lady working that station said do not speak SPANISH and it was like they lit me on fire. I reported to the manager but all she said was sorry but I hope they do something about it because we can speak the language we want.
I really don’t know where to begin. Your Royse City store has the worst management I’ve ever seen in any store. I’ve worked in retail and this store is under stocked from Saturday evening until Tuesday evening or Wednesday evening, depending on what your there to buy. The main things are, PRODUCE, DAIRY, BOXED SNACKS, WATER, and on occasions, LUNCHMEAT, RAW CHICKEN, should I continue and start showing pictures of empty shelves??? Do not go to the Walmart care clinic! Its unbelievable the lack of knowledge with insurances and their rudeness.
