I've been trying to call since 8 to ask a question about their return policy on recalled dog food since I just bought a thirty dollar bag and don't want to lug it up to the store if they won't refund my money. I got put on hold for 23 minutes then tried to call back 3 more times and just got hung up on. I just needed one question answered and no one could be bothered to take the time to answer it. Terrible customer service.
Someone needs to get with the Grocery Pick-Up Team and train them a little better. We are constantly getting old fruit and veggies. Also, three times now we have gone at our scheduled pick up and have sat their and waited for over 30 minutes with no one even coming to the car to acknowledge we are there. We've had to call them twice or three times on occasion before someone would finally bring it out. This is highly unacceptable.
Online grocery shopping and pickup is the best invention, EVER!
I have not had a negative experience in the Royse City store since September 28th and the managers were very kind as was A/P after I was accused of shop lifting and they saw I wasn't...An Associate came running out after me and was very insistent I had done wrong..I returned to service desk and plead my case and they understood 100% it was a misunderstanding and we're very apologetic, kind, and humane..My visits before and after have been Fine and no disrespect..Customer Service desk associates have always been positive and ... read more
Had a wonderful experience there tonight! I set my purse down in the men's clothing area and forgot to pick it up. Did not realize I'd left it for at least 20 minutes. A store associate found it and took it straight to customer service. That angel just saved my son's Christmas! Honest employees, helpful management, clean store, and nice customers. I'll shop there again the next time I'm near Royce City!
never have had any issues with this store other than the grocerypick up staff in the beginning, however tonight I went to buy groceries and the entire produce was covered, kind of weird and with all the recalls it did make me curious what was going on
