On a Sunday there were two people in front of me waiting with two pharmacist on duty they rarely looked up. They never said I’ll be with you in a minute or five minutes or 10 minutes. They acted like we were invisible. I’ve never waited so long in my life to pick up a prescription when there was only two customers in front of me. Horrible Pharmacy.
Have been trying to call multiple times for a client's meds. Took 5 tries for someone to actually answer, they answered by yelling "what do you want?". They haven't even spoken with me yet. I said "excuse me?" Wondering if she was talking to me. They hung up on me.
Takes forever for an Rx refill. Sometimes 7 to 10 days. I showed up when my pills were supposed to be ready only to be told the wait would be 3 to 4 hours. "We are busy, we are understaffed, we have other orders." blah, blah blah. I called and requested refill on a Monday, Thursday it was not ready. Finally the NEXT Thursday it was ready. No excuse can fill this void, It's heart medication and I should not be skipping doses. The pharm tech guy couldn't have cared less. I transferred my Rx's to a competing pharmacy. Rude pharmacist, prescriptions not filled in a timely manner
I have never experienced a pharmacy like this. Not one time has my prescription been ready at the correct times. The staff is typically rude and makes you feel like it is your fault when the prescription is wrong. It takes me 20-30 to pick up a prescription every single time I come and that is IF the prescription is ready. Their pharmacist makes decisions for you without talking with or discussing things first with the patient. I do not really think it is the staffs fault but something is off.
