Poor customer service. Very short answering questions. Just not a nice experience! Always scowling faces.
Up until today I was happy with service. Today the Tech continually interrupted me before I could even explain to her which Rx I was calling about. Then she interrupted me before I could explain to her why I was calling about it. Just a thought if you want to understand what a customer needs, you might want to give them the opportunity to tell you. Customer service is NOT her forte for sure.
Never had any problems, never a long wait.
