Last three times I have been in to pick up REFILLS, I have had to wast my time having a pharmacy consult. These are regular medications we have been on for years. No narcotics, no dosage change, nor new medication. It is absolutely ridiculous. There are other choices and I will be going elsewhere from now on!
The pharmacy is the bright spot for our Walmart in Ottumwa. I genuinely feel it’s the best department in the store as far as helpfulness. They’re always friendly and prompt!
