The most rude customer service people I have encountered at any Walmart Pharmacy both over the phone and in person. If you hate your job that much you should probably look for a new one.
Dr called in prescriptions after surgery this morning. Pharmacy didnt open until 45 minutes later, and I was told they dont even start filling scripts until after opening time. Somehow they only had authorization for 2/5 medications, so I have a post-op patient sitting in the car in pain for over an hour waiting to get SOME of his meds - the rest I guess he'll just have to do without. Hooray for making people suffer because youre too lazy to fill scripts on time or seek authorization!
Very rude and unprofessional over the phone. Wouldn’t trust them to clean a public restroom, let alone handle medications for the public.
