Worst pharmacy ever! Took all of my insurance information to tell me my meds were 0 dollars ready for pick up. Today the pharmacist claims that never happened they dont do that. They switched my insurance to good rx with no permission to do so. Worst pharmacy ever taking my personal information to then gaslight me lieinng saying they dont do that.
Today went and Elly was the one whom helped me and she was great. Very helpful and got me in and out for stuff I’ve taken before. Thank you Elly..
HORRIBLE. Idk who put those people back there but they need to fire all of them and re start. I’ve been waiting a week to get a prescription because they can’t comprehend a dose increase on a regular routine medication. I’m a pharmacy tech myself and I understand the struggle of retail pharmacy but this INCOMPETENCE baffles me. These people should not be trusted with people’s medications. I have no complaints about the services in this establishment and I am always greeted with a smile and good attitude, I hope the pharmacists continue to do a superb job. A great employee (Tristynn) has given me great service and has always treated me with kindness, respect and patience, I am glad to have a great pharmacy tech that takes the time to make sure I have the medications I need as soon as I need them. And I am also grateful that this employee also puts in effort to help not only me but other customers as well.
I'm not a big fan of vaccine shots so I tend to put them off. There will be another day ... that didn't happen yesturday my excellent pharmacist here(Phil) was aware, from discussions I had with him about a new medication, that I had put off several needed vaccinations. He saw me picking up a script and came out to see if today was the day to take care of that. I agreed since I was facing surgery that being well prepared was probably a smart thing to do.
