Went to pick up prescriptions for my daughter was told they haven't filled it yet and to come back in 15 minutes. Came back 15 minutes later then I'm told that I can't be helped because they are closing for lunch then they proceed to help someone else who also got there after they "closed for lunch".
Got there a few minutes before lunch and they won't even help get my sons medication ready until after lunch break after I tell them I need to head to OKC. My son is with me who is a year old and cranky from an ear infection. Nobody ever takes the extra step for anyone anymore. As a nurse, this is terrible to know that almost everyone these days are not willing to take the extra step for anyone anymore. Yes, go to lunch. But at the same time take the 5 minutes to help someone. It goes noticed.
