I hate to leave a low rating, especially understanding how busy pharmacies can be during flu season. However, I had a disappointing experience with two of the pharmacists due to their customer service. My phone was taken from my hand to view a coupon without being asked, it was placed roughly on the counter, and I felt I was spoken to in a dismissive manner. When I asked questions about coupon discounts and wait times, they seemed frustrated. I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions.
Very fast and friendly, helpful staff. This Walmart is a little farther but I have my Rx filled here because of that!
