This pharmacy is by far the worst one, and I’ve been to most here in Bakersfield, they never want to do their job and will have you waiting hours (5+) before you get your medication. Do not recommend what’s so ever.

Terrible service from Pharmacist Becky Fitzgerald we will be transferring to another pharmacy with better service.
The pharmacist and staff here are extremely resistant to helping. If they hate their job so much, why do they work there? They make refills difficult. They once said my medication is not covered and in fact it is. I had to call my insurance and have them argue with walmart staff its covered. Even after the health insurance calling and saying it is, they still said no. Why is the tech calling me questioning why my provider prescribes certain rx and why I take them? That’s a question for the provider and is also out of his scope of practice. Very unprofessional. I’d expect these questions from the pharmacist not the tech at the very least. And then refusing to refill my meds because he doesn’t understand why my provider prescribes them a certain way, and THEN telling me 2 of my rx are the same and that’s why they won’t fill them when in fact they are the same class of drugs but provider is ... read more
