They have very poor customer service and they treat customers with preferences. Very rude to the customers. You stand online for a very long time with them doing nothing but busy walking around
Juliana and Tracy always deliver patient and courteous service. Today Juliana worked the counter alone as the two pharmacists were busy filling orders. There was a long line and wait time, but they patiently engaged every customer.
I've been using this pharmacy for 9 years. It's usually a good experience unless I'm serviced by a particular associate who got really bothered when I explained to her the reason why I self-pay. I don't know her name because she covers her name tag. I'm uncertain of her nationality, but I'm guessing that she's Ethiopian or Somalian. Very helpful and great prices on prescriptions that were 4x more at Walgreens. Closed everyday from 1:30 to 2:00 p.m. for lunch.
