Everybody in this pharmacy is really nice except the girl with the crystal necklace. She is so rude. I try my best to just ignore it but her customer service is horrible on multiple occasions. My grandpa is hard of hearing and he was asking questions and was told to “bother somebody else”. Also doesn’t respond well to kindness. I just tried calling to ask how much longer it would be to get a prescription filled because they had to contact the prescriber and it was out of the 42-78hr timeline and I’m out by this time. The worst customer service. Purchased a car battery and less than hour I had to return in. Spoke to 4 managers who REFUSED to return, only to go to the Walmart store off 135 and they were kind enough to return it and gave me my money back. She even apologized for the terrible customer service I received at this store. I ended up filing a complaint with Walmart against the. Managers. Will never return to this trashy store.
My husband tried to pickup my medication and they said they didn't have the script. I told him to go back knowing that they had it. Only for them to recheck, and they had it. That was not even 5 minutes of asking the second time. So they didn't throughly check the first time, even though we told him we were out and I needed that medicine. They basically shrugged and said talk to the doctor.
