They are caring, very nice and helpful. Always has my rx in stock and ready when I need it.
So grateful for the young tech, I believe his name might have been Jack but not totally certain, who helped sort through several issues caused by an incompetent colleague at the Syracuse location. Did it take a while longer than I would have liked? Yes. But that was not remotely the fault of the Clinton store. He was consistently patient, apologetic, and kind. Made a crappy experience much better.
I had the BEST experience here. The pharmacy technician was so kind quick and helpful. My kid had just been released from the hospital, it was about 20 minutes to close and she the pharmacy had all but the main medication she needed. Iuliana was the one helping us, and with a positive attitude, and doing like 4 things at once she filled the other medication, called another location to see if they had what we needed, asked them to fill it and that we were on our way. Trying to get my dads records so he can apply for Medicade is a joke my dad is almost 80 and has dimentia and I fought with him for almost 2 hrs to sign the paper they gave me to have him sign he signed it took it back and they wanted to talk to him to verify he is giving permission to get his records um hello?! I really wish they had a drive through pharmacy. When im sick or my family is sick, Walmart is the last place I want to go and wait in line. Can a pharmacy order be delivered with curbside groceries?
