I came to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, Alex was the pharmacy tech who was handling the transaction. As I’m giving my name & DOB, I proceed to hand her my insurance card because it contains all the information they need, she continued onto ignore what I’m saying and still puts the prescription through to an insurance that I don’t even have anymore. So slow they take days to fill a prescription and horrible customer service. My prescription was ready for 3 days I go to pick it up and the lady tells me to go to the back of the 5 car line because it wasn’t ready
Corrina is Rude and very unprofessional. Took her to corporate and will continue until she’s removed! Will not stand for this kind of treatment.
