The WORST service that I have EVER experienced at a Pharmacy in my 38 years. Urgent prescriptions were called in for my mother from the local emergency room. She had kidney surgery and the meds ar VITAL to stave off a kidney infection. I arrive to pick them up an hour after they said they'd be ready, and the pharmacist said nothing was filled. He looks as the prescriptions and says "There is a lot of medicine here, we might not be able to fill this today. We close at 7pm. Come back then and we maybe will have it done." So I ... read more
They said my prescription would be ready Saturday at 3:00 I show up and they said it wouldn’t be ready till Monday and when I got aggravated, they canceled my prescription and the worst part is you can’t speak to anybody else about it The whole staff needs to be fired. Wow. Been waiting 40 minutes for a script when we were told it’d take 15 minutes. Taking personal calls instead of doing their job. What a joke.
Call to check if my prescription was ready they said it an hour I call 2 hours later and ask again they said 15 minutes I arrived and they didn’t have anything ready and couldn’t give me a time on when it was going to be ready
