I understand that corporate policies exist, and pharmacies have strict rules to follow, but there’s no excuse for poor customer service. I was caught in traffic and rushing to make it to the pharmacy before they closed at 7. Realizing I would be 4-5 minutes late, I called ahead, explained the situation, and pleaded with them to wait. My medication was already paid for, non-narcotic, and could easily have been left at the service desk. The staff at this pharmacy has always been very helpful. I've spoken with the pharmacist several times in person or over the phone and my needs have always been met. Good customer service is almost nonexistent these days, so it is good to know that once a month I can look forward to interacting with the staff at this location.
