Fast and friendly service ALWAYS. Very knowledgeable staff.
I understand that corporate policies exist, and pharmacies have strict rules to follow, but there’s no excuse for poor customer service. I was caught in traffic and rushing to make it to the pharmacy before they closed at 7. Realizing I would be 4-5 minutes late, I called ahead, explained the situation, and pleaded with them to wait. My medication was already paid for, non-narcotic, and could easily have been left at the service desk.
