If i could give them zero stars i would, they are rude, incompetent and honestly have no training in customer service or being in the pharmaceutical field. 12 days i had to wait and finally drive up and speak to someone and that’s After a combined hold time of 42 minutes on the phone and when i get there absolutely no line in sight! A complete joke of a staff
Horrible experiencia , nunca te atienden el teléfono cuando lo cogen lo ponen en hold y te pasan de uno a otro horas como si el tiempo de uno no contara , una falta de respeto horrible , no te avisan si el medicamento está listo , el trato es horrible pareces que estás viviendo en el comunismo , aquí no vuelvo más
