The pharmacist Gurjeet was so helpful! My husband ran out of his insulin while our visit to Washington and we were in a frantic state. Gurjeet calmly walked us through our options, eased our concerns and told us about the OTC insulin available. We are so grateful for his time and service.
I've been using this pharmacy for months because I live close by. They don't answer their phones and put you on hold for 15-30 minutes at a time. I've had countless issues with them. Horrendous customer service.
I am sure happy to see Dan Kwan promoted as the manager here ! He has been there for years . I send all my patients here for medications as needed as he always goes above and beyond to get the best prices and provide great customer service. I also lean into him for drug interactions and other complex pharmacologic discussions and questions. Unfortunately they do not answer their phone. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes. As a physician being able to contact a pharmacy is paramount when a patient is having issues. Unfortunately this is not an isolated incident as my staff also waited on hold for over 30 minutes. They need to have a better system to answer calls in a timely manner.
Pharmacist Dan was kind and helpful and really knew his stuff. He patiently addressed all my questions, ensured I had everything I needed! Thank you.
