Called in my RX on Thursday, was told it would be ready the next day after 4pm. Went on sunday to pick it up, and was told its not ready yet. 6 workers behind the counter, only one helping the customers with a line a mile long. Upon return 25 minutes later, they tell me they cannot fill the rx at all because they need to order it. Thank God this wasnt a life-saving rx! Do not use this pharmacy if you value your time and health!
I call all the time to make sure when my prescriptions are gonna be ready and they give me a time. Then I show up and it’s never ready. This place is horribly mismanaged. I’ll be moving to another pharmacy.
Absolutely an awful pharmacy. Poor customer service and SLOWWWWW working employees behind the counter. Nothing but subpar.
Everything you need a prescription filled or called in its never ready. Absolutely horrible service you wait in line forever then when you get to the window they say its not ready. My Dr. Called this in at 10 am this morning. This is the second time this week this has happened to me. I can only imagine the older people get this bs runaround.
Found out that Walmart pharmacy in Hermitage’s software does not share information between their other locations. I chose to use a different location since mine does not have a drive thru. That location will not fill without additional information that was provided on 3 different occasions but is not in their system. Perhaps a software upgrade is needed
