Arrived at 7pm to pick up a prescription I needed before my trip and they said they wouldn’t give me it even though it was filled already because they are closed even though I can’t pick it up at 9am when they open
If this were the last pharmacy on earth, I still wouldn’t go here. I am a Pharmacy Technician since 1990 and a Certified Pharmacy Technician since 2007, now retired. I know how a pharmacy is supposed to run. I know what good workflow looks like. I know what customer service looks like. And I know when a pharmacy is failing its patients. The staff goes above and beyond. They are working extremely hard. I take into consideration the influx of patients that have transferred over to them since the closing of Rite Aid. Everyone should give grace and stop being so entitled. Kudos to them!
Called in my RX on Thursday, was told it would be ready the next day after 4pm. Went on sunday to pick it up, and was told its not ready yet. 6 workers behind the counter, only one helping the customers with a line a mile long. Upon return 25 minutes later, they tell me they cannot fill the rx at all because they need to order it. Thank God this wasnt a life-saving rx! Do not use this pharmacy if you value your time and health!
I call all the time to make sure when my prescriptions are gonna be ready and they give me a time. Then I show up and it’s never ready. This place is horribly mismanaged. I’ll be moving to another pharmacy.
