Unhelpful staff seems to be perpetually confused, incompetent, and overwhelmed. Prescriptions require several follow-ups to get them filled.
Simply put this team does not care about their customers. Horrible communication skills. Basic compression is just not there. Dodge questions asked. VERY concerning that they are allowed to be near medicine for the public. Let along handle it. Awful managers with terrible customer service skills. Satff is verbally combative and argumentative instead of finding a way to actually help their customers. If I could have giving them negative stars I would of. They should not be in business. This is a public health consern.
