Walmart pharmacy is terrible do not call it's useless. I called to have my pills refilled via phone and when I came to pick them up the pharmacist told me there was no request and the didn't want to or couldn't refill them till the due date, I had ran out of a very import prescription I needed to stay alive and refused to refill and made me wait till the date to refill it. Why have a pharmacy phone number and let customer refill their prescription if they are unable to go and pick them up I had to call and ask my doctor for ... read more

Horrible customer service wife couldn't purchase a medice she needed because employee didn't wanted to get a step stool to reach it. They need to fix the lock up item there's always no one around to open it. If you press the help button no one comes.
