The pharmacy tech Nate was extremely rude.
Ridiculous. Sat here in absolute awful pain waiting for my antibiotics while there were FOUR pharmacists behind the counter texting on their phones, cracking jokes all the while the line gets longer and longer and NOT A SINGLE ONE of these lazy young men behind the pharmacy counter came up and helped the elder black woman at the front. Respect is earned NOT GIVEN. Props to that hardworking black woman at the front because I would never put up with that at a work place. Never coming here again. All walmart pharmacies are pretty good but the staff here is superior. PERSONAL reminder calls. Patient instructions. Inoculation guidance. Help with on insurance or GoodRx...the client comes first. I moved 11 miles away but still return to this location!
I switched from Walgreens and I’m so happy I did. The staff are wonderful, informed and friendly. Never a long wait and always a smile. Great pharmacy great staff!
