Prescription not ready 5 people working line is long as hell due to chatting with customers and also people checking out food items when it should just be for medication pickup only..it's really a joke and really sad . plus the girl at register looking up your name and birthday actually filled my prescription ....I think I'll stay with cvs pharmacy I always use..

So I called today to get check if they had a medication in stock since my regular pharmacy didn’t have it. Person who answered the phone was SUPER RUDE. The way she answer my question was not professional. I’m a health care person and I treat my patients with love and respect BECAUSE I LOVE WHAT I DO (reason I went to school for this career) Some people just go to to and show they don’t love what they do…. So disappointed with this pharmacy If I can give a 0 I would.
I have been getting my prescriptions for my kids for 5 to 8 years from Wal mart. I called Bout getting my sons medicine refilled I was told this morning it would be ready by 4pm.I call at 630 and spoke with Theresa who is the pharmacist, she was very rude. Refused to give me the general manager information. Usually they have good customer service but this was the worst service I HAVE EVER HAD .
