My first time ever going through this pharmacy and it wasn’t a great experience. Went to go pick up my medicine while sick with the flu. They needed information from my insurance card. Okay, I gathered as much of the information I could for them. They still couldn’t find it. So I gave them the name on the insurance card. They then informed me they don’t take out of state insurance, and asks if I still wanted the meds with a discount. The location is good, but they could do better. Specifically, the manager does not have good customer service
I’ve had great experiences using this pharmacy. They really work to get my prescriptions ordered as quickly as possible if they don’t have them in stock. The pharmacy staff is very easy to get along with and you can tell that they work to improve their staff and their services.
