They have seriously screwed me over more times than once. I’m always having to get my prescription transferred to other Walmarts because they make me wait days for a refill of INSULIN just for me to get there and them tell me they don’t have it in stock and need to order it after making me wait days for it in the first place. Calling around to see if a medication is IN STOCK. Not if they will fill, but in stock before driving there. Was told will not tell me if they carry a medication IN STOCK without a RX in hand. I have NEVER heard that before, and honestly, there is NO reason. I work in medicine, you CAN tell me if you have a medicine IN STOCK.
Ms Toni is awesome and her customer service is wonderful. Already had trouble with Dr not calling in the meds. Then when she did she called em.into Walgreens. Walgreens didn't have enough to fill it and didn't bother to call me or my dad to yell us so. So they get the prescription Friday and wete gonna let us sit till Monday. Thus is heart meds.
