Excellent customer service. They are always prompt and eager to assist. I had an occasion where I needed a prescription and it was out of stock everywhere, they called another Walmart to check stock. Several times I have also needed my prescription filled fast and they have come through every time!

Unbelievable- I have a prescription that I was picking up and needed to start taking today. Their systems were down, and they couldn’t fulfill any prescriptions. The tech said it had been down for an hour, no information on when it would be back up - and they were all leaving as scheduled at 7. There were many people who were waiting and were told to leave. How does this happen at Walmart?
