We ordered medication and called before getting there to verify the medication was there. We got there and they said it was going to be ready in 40 min. After 40 min they informed us that they decided not to prepare the order because insurance was not up to date. I would have paid for the meds even if insurance did not cover it. I would have also liked to be informed before waiting 40 min to realize they decided to not process the order. The best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. This pharmacy always answers their calls and is very responsive. They always accommodate when I need my medications filled sooner rather than later and are always very helpful.
