I have been picking up prescriptions from this location for years. I have always had a positive experience. The staff have been always been courteous and helpful. The ppl in line, maybe they need stronger meds.
I've had prescriptions filled here on and off for almost 20 years. The staff has obviously changed over the years, but they have always been helpful, courteous, efficient, and my prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner. Even if I just have a question about an over-the-counter medication, whatever pharmacist is on duty has always been super friendly and eager to help me. This is a very busy location, however I have nothing but positive things to say over the 20 years I've been coming here!!!!
I have been going to this pharmacy for many years. The pharmacists Julie and Mary are awesome. They take time to answer all your questions. They are very knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. All the associates that take your prescriptions and ring you up are all very nice and very helpful.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. My sister went to buy a nebulizer for my very sick nephew, only to find that it was defective. When she returned to the store for help, the staff member was rude and unhelpful. She refused to check the device, plug it in, or offer a replacement. This is a medical necessity, not just a pair of shoes or clothes! It's unacceptable for any customer, let alone someone dealing with a sick child, to be treated with such disregard.
