I just moved here from Carson City Richard was very helpful and attentive with creating my account so that I can start recieving my perscription thru Walmart Pharmacy here in Vegas! Thank you Walmart for a wonderful efficient experience.
The staff are always nice & approachable especially when there's issues concerning my meds and thanks to Tess ( pharm tech) who's always helpful & bubbly. So far the 3 pharmacists that are always at work have been so helpful when the need arises. Have a good day everyday ( know it's hard on that little station you guys have). Thank you for the service you give on a daily basis.
All I have to say is they don't know or care what customer care is about. I had an issue with refilling a prescription which was a horrible experience for me, a long time customer. I wrote an email to the company & they responded, probably because I cc'd it to their CEO. The response I got was under the guise of wanting to hear my side of the experience.
