All I have to say is they don't know or care what customer care is about. I had an issue with refilling a prescription which was a horrible experience for me, a long time customer. I wrote an email to the company & they responded, probably because I cc'd it to their CEO. The response I got was under the guise of wanting to hear my side of the experience. Most everyone who works at this location is friendly. I’ve literally only dealt with a few really rude associates. Honestly I myself have a very short fuse when it comes to peopling anymore but I tend to try to keep my fuse away from the flames. Anyhow the first encounter was online pick-up. Scary!!! Never use this Pharmacy! Pharmacy employee gave out wrong dosage of medication. Alex Pharmacy manager was rude & refused to refund cost of medication, or reprimand, his employee! -Him & His staff need to be fired! Alex has NO BUSINESS IN MANAGEMENT!
