The drive through experience has been great. They’ve been helpful, polite, accurate and timely. They provide two lanes which seem to move at reasonably good pace. I recommend them.
I had some questions about my drugs, which were happily answered. And I had an Rx for a colonoscopy prep and it was going to be over $100! The pharmacist called my doctor and got it changed to one that was $10! That is stellar service!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst pharmacy in Arkansas. Lines always long and no sense of urgency. It could only be 3 people in line and you will wait for 30+ minutes. Also no distinction between pick ups and drops offs. This is the only pharmacy I’ve ever been to in Arkansas set up like this! Just awful
There is a pharmacist at this pharmacy, named Bonnie, who has gone above and beyond for my father! She has gone out of her way to help and make things so much easier for myself and my father, who is 89 years old, and in declining health. We have had some extra requests in the last month, and she not only met those requests, but went above and beyond anything I could have ever hope for from a pharmacist that people think work at a “big box store” pharmacy. The BEST thing about this store is the gentleman at the door who always greets you with his infectious smile and bids you goodbye with and heartfelt fistpump "Bam"! Love this man! Otherwise, WORST CASHIER CUSTOMER SERVICE... and manager could care less how many times inattentive and rude cashiers do not make sure you have all the merchandise you've paid for and you have to waste your time and gas driving back to this store & standing in line AGAIN because of their mistakes.....EVEN when I've specifically asked if I have ever... read more
