Walmart Pharmacy #819 on Del Prado is on a whole different level. Linda, the pharmacy manager, is incredibly kind, professional, and always one step ahead with answers and guidance. Roberto is friendly, helpful, and impressively knowledgeable—he makes every visit feel easy and stress-free. Because of them, this has become my preferred pharmacy, even though I pass several others to get here. Their service is exceptional every single time. Techs are unprofessional and rude. They don't fill your prescription when they receive the order unless you call and ask for them. Customer service is abismal. Will be calling their corporate office over the lack of human decency at this store.
The Pharmacy never never picks up their phone they make you go down there and waste your time and waste your gas to give you news that it’s not ready. They should pick up their phones more often to see if the medicine is ready for pick up.
