Could not believe this man was the head of the pharmacy!! First they lost my prescription. Then I had it called in.When I called to see if it was ready, I was treated very rudely they somehow misplaced it. When I complained how could this happen? He I formed me,"ya it happens all the time" he is holding 3 conversations at once and never once asked me to please hold he then tells me Oh yea I found it and not to worry Santana Claus will fill it for me it will be ready in 20 minutes...
