Normally when you imagine going to a pharmacy, you probably picture your doctor briefly mentioning a prescription (or in the case of a refill, shooting a quick text) and simply stopping by to pick it up with people on both sides of the counter smiling. I had given this pharmacy 1 star review because of so many incidents but Yasho went out of her way to reach out to me and has improved this department dramatically. She orders a medication just for me (I’m the only one that uses it) and it’s been in stock and on time the last few months. Staff seem friendlier and more communicative recently. Keep up the good work and thank you for turning the pharmacy around with your leadership.
These folks have always been friendly and helpful. They have helped me transfer prescriptions, have helped me with GoodRx and similar discount programs, and they fill prescriptions fast.
Incident #1 The pharmacist publicly humiliated me by loudly declaring that I was on an opioid medication across multiple counters and interrogating me on my pain condition when I was giving her all the signals that I was not comfortable discussing my condition so publicly with her. I appreciate her educating me on a new study about opioids causing pain and her genuine concern for opioid overuse, but being interrogated and assessed was not what I was expecting from a pharmacist; that’s what I expect from my pain doctor.
