Very poor communication. They won't tell you when there is an issue and make you figure it out on your own, you have to track everything meticulously on the app. Saw my Rx status say there was a delay, waited several days and called them, they told me my insurance wouldn't cover my meds. Ridiculous, since I've been prescribed this for years with the same insurance. Called insurance who was confused and said they'd cover it. This pharmacy is terrible. You call about a prescription they put you on hold , first call 20 minutes I’m hold. Hang up and call back they put me on hold for 45 minutes. I call a 3rd time and finally get someone to answer my question . Horrible customer service! Do better!!!

I appreciate the team at Walmart Pharmacy. Specifically, Jason is a diligent pharmacist - he explains medical jargon in layman’s terms and always looks out for poor drug interactions. Give the that man a raise

Staff is terrible they answer the phone when they want to and the pharmacy has long waits because the pharmacy staff plays to much during work hours instead of filling prescriptions and answering the phone I thought they were closed because I couldn’t get an answer for 4 hours o had to call from a different phone number other than mine because evidently they know mine !
