Extremely rude! An Indian girl was rude, transferred me to a white girl, who transferred me to an Chinese lady who was the manager who was very rude and they refused to refill my prescription. I will report to their senior management.
Was rung up the wrong needles even though I had a sample of the correct ones. Wasn’t told they were wrong these are for my 83 year old dad. The pharmacist told me I needed to stand in line to return them bc she doesn’t have a register. I didn’t leave the counter. They did nothing. Wrung up for the wrong needles then told to stand in line again for nothing. Poor customer service
Feel the need to let people know that since the planned Covid crisis, pharmacists have been given the power to overrule your doctors prescription decisions for you. They can deny and/or prescribe a different medication on a whim, literally. I had one of the most painful surgeries you can have.....a radical vulvectomy. (Google it) My insurance approved and doctor approved 10 low dose opiate pills for after surgery. The pharmacist at this location fought tooth and nail against my receiving that medication even thoughit is not ... read more
The staff here have never been anything but kind and helpful to our family. We get Rx here and our flu/covid vaccines. Very grateful.
