Review for Walmart Pharmacy – Arden Rd & Coulter, Amarillo, TX I had a disappointing experience at this pharmacy today. I interacted with two employees, and both were short, unfriendly, and seemed generally unhappy. Their attitude came across as rude and disrespectful, which made the experience unpleasant. Pharmacy tech was very rude when I asked about using GoodRx for my thyroid medication. I just recently switched jobs so currently in 90 day probation period when it comes to having RX benefits. I’m also fully aware that Walmart is in negotiations with GoodRx and I get it but that doesn’t mean techs have to be so rude. I’ve used this pharmacy for all of my meds since the store has opened but seriously considering switching to United when my annual comes up in April.
Great customer care!
Like all pharmacies these days, it seems, they are slow as molasses. Likely due to bunches of government regulations. They do keeps the things I need in stock and have a good call/text when ready system. You just have to survive the lines sometimes
