I honestly don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this experience pushed me to. I had to deal with a Walmart manager named Anthony, and it was one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve had in a long time. From the start, he was dismissive and talked down to me instead of actually listening. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer needing help. mouth breathing dude on the phone has the customer service skills of a foot. interrupting, condescending, and unhelpful.
So far, so good. I switched to Walmart for their prices, and my other pharmacy couldn't get my medication insurance in order. It was too much. So far, Walmart has been reliable and got my meds done in a timely matter. The service is good. They always make sure I understand what my insurance paid for and what was not, and the prices are fair. I plan on staying at this pharmacy unless I move.
