My seven year old son was not feeling well so we had to take him to urgent care. The prescription was sent from the doctor to this pharmacy and we rushed over to pick it up. We made it in fifteen minutes but it was past their closing time by two minutes. The staff here understood our situation and were very gracious and caring in staying open just a little bit longer so he could get this much needed medication to get better soon. We are very grateful for your consideration!
Pretty ridiculous on hold as we speak for 14 mins and still going. Lets see how long they keep me on hold. Ok after 15 min wait, Stephanie took my call with an attitude. The audacity im transferring my meds out.
Tammy Thao Phan disclosed information about my prescription to someone who is not my legal caregiver and does not have authorization to discuss my medical information. She stated that this person told her I “don’t need” my medication. This is a clear HIPAA violation.
