If I could post 0 stars I would. I was told at 5:24pm that it would take about an hour to fill my prescription. Ok, no problem. They close at 7pm, plenty of time. 6:45 I still had not gotten the text that the prescription was ready so I called them for them to tell me its ready. I then rush to the pharmacy and got there at 6:58 to be told they will not help me. I will never use walmart pharmacy ever again and I will highly recommend to everyone I know to never use walmart pharmacy.
I have always received great and friendly service from staff and pharmacists.
Mr. Vickers and his pharmacy team are hands downs, the best.
I don't know what has been happening recently...but management needs to help this Walmart pharmacy ASAP. The newer, less experienced workers are put on the floor virtually clueless. They don't know what to do about insurance and how to enter the information properly to fill the order correctly. In addition, they are now taking OVER A WEEK to fill prescriptions.
