Over the last 6 months they have refilled a prescription from a certain company that I am allergic to (must be an additive) 3 times (after it was noted that I was allergic to it). Again, it is notated on the account that I am allergic to that specific brand and they keep refilling it. Today I spoke with the Pharmacist and she said even though it is notated on the account they can miss those notes.
