I had a terrible experience at a pharmacy today following an emergency surgery. One of my incision wounds developed an infection, and I urgently needed antibiotics. When my insurance company arranged a three-way call with the pharmacy, the staff treated the representative poorly, displaying rudeness throughout the conversation. Unfortunately, they seem to be unable to keep stock in to be able to fill prescriptions.
This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had. I work for Walmart... so I am forced to use their pharmacy too. Every time I come the line is 8 or 9 people and it wraps around the main aisle. The techs are all mostly rude, with the exception of 1 or 2 on occasion. They treat me and people around me with blatant disrespect and they do not respect people's right to privacy with their medicine either. I loathe going to pick up my prescriptions every month... I wish I could have them mailed to my house.
