Drive through is usually very quick. The people at the counter are nice and easy to work with and are understanding of my deafness.
This is the best pharmacy I've ever belonged to. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacists really care and make sure you understand the medicine you're receiving. Seems like a good work place which makes a difference.
It was a good experience getting a new prescription here. Friendly, asking if you understood everything. Maybe the experience could have been quicker, but don’t we think that about nearly everything?
Attempted to call twice today in regard to fixing a patient’s medication problem. was put on hold twice and hung up on before i could speak with anyone due to their lunch break. called back after lunch and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. being unwilling to speak to other healthcare providers is unprofessional, especially when it has to do with patient care.
