It was a good experience getting a new prescription here. Friendly, asking if you understood everything. Maybe the experience could have been quicker, but don’t we think that about nearly everything?
Attempted to call twice today in regard to fixing a patient’s medication problem. was put on hold twice and hung up on before i could speak with anyone due to their lunch break. called back after lunch and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. being unwilling to speak to other healthcare providers is unprofessional, especially when it has to do with patient care.
Sweet people to have to deal with for your meds.
Everybody in this pharmacy is so nice and helpful. Shorter wait than most and the drive thru is so easy.
