The ladies are always kind, professional, and courteous. Sometimes there is a wait. I guess that shows how good they are. The automated answering is annoying, but they can't control that. Just repeat "pharmacist" a couple of times and you'll get through without fighting the system.
Love how they answer the phone in the pharmacy and then tell you it’s lunch time so you have to call back. I guess they don’t realize that you have to get through the automated system and then sit on hold just to get a person….why answer the phone if you’re going on lunch anyways and refuse to help?
