I’ve always received good customer service from the staff. Only issue is they need to update their system for refrigerated prescriptions because things get lost easily in there and it can take a while for them to find yours. Seems more like an issue with their tools not the staff themselves.
Absolutely love this pharmacy! Very polite, courteous and helpful. Never had a issue and I use them often.
Attention Walmart shoppers do not use this pharmacy. They are a rude, slow and lazy group of individuals. I am usually very understanding about waiting in line when it comes to prescriptions, giving everybody the time that they deserve to work with the pharmacist and the associates to ensure they have the right medication. However, when it came to my prescription today, I had no idea why I was made to get out of the line to checkout in pharmacy to have a coupon added and told to go to the drop off line. April and Jojo are extremely rude and not helpful. Wouldn't help me add my insurance to get my scripts filled. Very disappointed in Walmart for hiring such incompetent people.
