I enquired about a plant markdown because this tree was clearly distressed and dying. They sent me to customer service because the person who mark down plants was on break, after waiting for 15 minutes customer service said they can't help only to send back to nursery. I went back and found out she was sent elsewhere. She finally came after someone called her and she said she can't help me.
