Spent over 20 minutes waiting for 5 people to work on the issue they were having with their money order machine for the person in line in front of me. There was a considerable line behind me but none of the 5 employees felt like it was necessary to open up another register or at least try to tend to some of the other people in line. Finally got fed up and paid the almost $10 in fees to just use the ATM. This whole store is the worst in all of Oklahoma for customer service. No lines of service to check out barely.teetee or keeler the manager of this store is very non customer service helpful..was no help in assisting in helping pu money on my card after money svvs ends..there has to be solution to people just purchasing the card..I dont understand that
walmart needs to update the hours, i called to verify the hours for the money center, (website says they close at 9:00, lady was also rude) she said they close at 7:00pm
It says open at 7 but you get in Walmart and they tell me 8 am. Right here it says open. Walmart needs to get it's story straight.
